How to create an account
In the "My Account" section, in the "Create My TWBK Space" section. Simply fill in the required information and your account will be instantly created.
How do I change my e-mail address?
You can manage your account information from your personal space in the "My Details" section. You can also send a simple request to one of our advisers, who can be reached here.

Where are TAWABIKA. products made?
TAWABIKA carpet collections. are entirely woven in BELGIUM and TURKEY. At each site/workshop, the choice of materials, the weaving method and the care taken in every phase of the product creation process embody our signature splendor and quality. Find out where each carpet is produced on the dedicated product sheet in the "Description" section.
How to place an order on tawabika.com?
Once you have selected your items, add them to the basket by clicking on "Add to basket". You can then check the contents, enter your delivery address and finalize the purchase of your carpets by proceeding to payment. Once this has been validated, you will receive a confirmation email.
What are the delivery methods and times?
France, Germany, Spain, Italy and Portugal: Home delivery by Colissimo or GLS between 5 and 7 days.
What are the payment methods?
All transactions are secure. The TAWABIKA website. Uses the "Stripe" secure payment module with SSL encryption to protect personal and payment data. TAWABIKA. will not store your credit card details. Payment is made via several payment methods such as Visa, Mastercard, PayPal or Apple Pay.
Can I pay for my Tawabika rug in instalments?
You can pay for your Tawabika carpet in 3 instalments using the Alma payment solution, which will be offered to you after your basket has been validated.
How do I access my invoice?
To access your account, click on the character at the top left of the screen. If you haven't already done so, log in and go to "My order". You can find all your orders on this page and download your invoice.
How do I track my order?
Your invoices are available in your personal space. To access it, simply log in via the dedicated icon and go to "My Order". On the same page you will find all your orders and the possibility to track your parcel by clicking on the tracking number. This will be visible on your space within 24 to 48 hours after your order.
How do I flip my carpet?
Refund within 14 days, charged at €9.90 for parcels under 5kg and €19.90 for parcels of 5kg and over, from the date of receipt of your order according to the following conditions:
- For defective items, a photo of the product is required. For other reasons, items must be returned in perfect condition, in their original packaging.
- Refunds are made exclusively to the original purchaser on the same payment method used for the original purchase. Refunds may take up to 14 days to process from receipt of the returned product.
How to proceed?
- Log in to your My TWBK personal space and fill in your claim form. Once your request has been processed, you will be able to pick up your label to return your item.
- Place your item in its original carton, detaching the top lid and closing the package using the adhesive strip on the inside of the second lid. You can see how to use your original carton as return packaging here
- Please affix the return label from your personal space to the carton.
- You can then call on the service provider who made the delivery/your choice

France (including Corsica with a €50 delivery charge)
